Service Cancellation

• Orders once confirmed may be cancelled only with prior approval.
• Any work already completed, inspection charges, or travel expenses will be charged.

Advance Payment

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless the job is not started from our side.

Spare Parts

• Spare parts once supplied or ordered cannot be returned unless defective.

Service Charges

• Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Delay or Cancellation

• We are not responsible for delays caused by site conditions, machine condition, or availability of parts.

Refund Timeline

• Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable time.
