Travel & Site Expenses

1. All travel, accommodation, food, and related expenses for service engineers shall be borne by the customer.

Time & Delivery

1. All timelines are approximate and may vary depending on site conditions.
2. Machine condition and availability of tools, manpower, and parts may affect timelines.
3. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Warranty & Liability

1. No warranty or guarantee is applicable unless specifically mentioned in writing.
2. SOHAM ENGINEERING SERVICES shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
3. This includes machine downtime or business loss.

Third-Party Products

1. We may supply genuine or aftermarket spare parts.
2. We are not responsible for manufacturer-related defects unless covered under supplier warranty.

Limitation of Liability

1. All services are provided based on best technical knowledge and field experience.
2. Use of services is at the customer's own risk.

Termination

1. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services.
